Not just certified — experienced. Every coach at PEAK has trained hundreds of real people with real lives, not just competition athletes.
Tomas has been lifting weights since he was 15 and coaching professionally since he was 22. With a background in competitive powerlifting (Lithuanian nationals, 2018 & 2019) and CrossFit (Level 3 trainer), he understands both the science and the grind.
He co-founded PEAK in 2021 with one belief: a great gym isn't about fancy equipment — it's about coaching that actually makes people stronger, healthier and more confident. Every programme he writes is tailored, progressive and honest. He won't promise six-pack abs in 30 days, but he will help you build a body that works.
Tomas is also certified in nutrition coaching (Precision Nutrition Level 1) and believes that training and eating go hand in hand. Most of his clients see results not from training harder, but from eating smarter.
Marta is the energy of PEAK. A former semi-professional boxer (Lithuanian women's boxing, 2016–2020), she transitioned to coaching after realising she loved teaching even more than competing.
Her classes are intense, structured and addictive. She designs every session around intervals that maximise calorie burn and cardiovascular improvement while being scalable for every fitness level. Beginners work next to experienced athletes — everyone gets pushed, nobody gets broken.
What sets Marta apart is her ability to motivate without being intimidating. Her 6AM HIIT class has a 94% retention rate — people keep coming back because she makes hard work feel like the best part of their day.
Ieva came to yoga through injury — a torn ACL ended her volleyball career at 23, and yoga was part of her rehabilitation. Ten years later, she's one of Vilnius's most respected yoga instructors with over 1,000 hours of training across Bali, India and London.
At PEAK, Ieva's role goes beyond yoga classes. She works with all coaches to integrate mobility work into strength programmes, designs recovery protocols for athletes, and runs individual sessions for people dealing with chronic pain or limited range of motion.
Her teaching style is precise, calm and incredibly effective. She doesn't do "spiritual" yoga — she does functional, evidence-based movement that makes you feel and perform better. Period.
Every coach at PEAK follows the same three principles. They're not slogans — they're how we actually train.
We'll never let you add weight until your technique is solid. Ego stays at the door. Safe, effective movement first — always.
Every class follows a programme. Nothing is random. You get stronger week by week because the programming is designed that way.
Group classes, individual attention. Every coach scales every exercise for every person. You're never left behind and never held back.
